Messe Graz/Halle A

6–8 March 2026

Hello,

I'm Chris Delattre, a Frenchman living between Vienna and Prague. After two editions in Vienna in 2024 and 2025 and a first edition in 2025 in Graz, the ChrisEvents GmbH agency is returning to these two cities: Graz and Vienna in 2026.

The festival takes place over three days, from Friday to Sunday. The entrance fee for adults is 13 euros. A reduced rate applies to students and children. Children under 6 years old have free admission.

There are five zones:

  • An international chocolate market where visitors can find incredible products. Some of them have won major international competitions such as the World Chocolate Master or the International Chocolate Awards. Our goal is to showcase chocolate (pralines, chocolate bars, candies, etc.) with a focus on bean-to-bar, as well as chocolate products (beers, wines, liqueurs, crepes, waffles, churros, kebabs, burgers, etc.) and other sweet products (pastries, jams, syrups, honey, etc.).
  • The stage will be the heart of the festival. We offer cooking and baking shows. In Vienna in 2025, we had the immense honor of welcoming Nina Métayer, the World's Best Pastry Chef 2024. We also invite bands, magicians, and dance groups to the stage.
  • The Chocolate Festival is a family event, and we haven't forgotten about children. There will be activities where children can make chocolate, jump on a bouncy castle, discover how chocolate is made, paint with chocolate, and more.
  • A small chocolate museum displaying vintage packaging, tools, films, and advertisements.
  • Several workshops will be set up where visitors can take chocolate-making classes and create their own chocolate creations.
