Wien – Marx Halle

23–25 January 2026

Messe Graz/Halle A

6–8 March 2026

My name is Chris Delattre, I am French and I live between Vienna and Prague. After two editions in Vienna (2024 and 2025) and a premiere in Graz in 2025, the agency ChrisEvents GmbH will return to both cities in 2026: Graz and Vienna.

The festival will take place over three days – from Friday to Sunday. Admission is €13 for adults. Discounted rates apply for students and children, and entry is free for children under 6.

The festival is divided into five zones – with a sixth additional zone in Vienna:

  • An international chocolate market, where visitors can discover exceptional products. Some exhibitors have received prestigious awards such as the World Chocolate Master or the International Chocolate Awards. Our aim is to highlight high-quality chocolate – from pralines, bars and bonbons to “bean-to-bar” specialties. There will also be chocolate-based products like beers, wines, liqueurs, crêpes, waffles, churros, kebabs, burgers and many other sweet delights (pastries, jams, syrups, honey, etc.).
  • The stage – the heart of the festival – will host live cooking and pastry shows. In 2025, we welcomed Nina Métayer in Vienna, voted Best Pastry Chef in the World 2024. Music bands, magicians and dance troupes will also entertain the audience.
  • A family zone – The Chocolate Festival is a full family experience. The little ones will enjoy a rich program: chocolate-making, bouncy castles, discovering the production process, chocolate painting, and much more.
  • A small chocolate museum – a lovingly curated exhibition featuring historical packaging, old tools, advertising posters and films on the history of chocolate.
  • Hands-on workshops, where visitors can make their own chocolate and take it home.

Exclusive to Vienna: the Vienna Chocolate Convention – an exclusive B2B afternoon held the day before the festival for journalists, partners, distributors and the gastronomy sector.
