Registration for the Austrian
Chocolate Festival 2026

The Austrian Chocolate Festival 2026 will take place in two cities: Vienna and Graz. Exhibitors must comply with Austrian laws regarding turnover, taxation, and hygiene. The form below allows you to register as a chocolatier for SchokoladeFest Vienna and Graz 2026. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an exhibitor without justification. Registration does not constitute confirmation of participation. If an exhibitor wishes to display a roll-up or banner next to their booth, the text must be in German. Prices must be listed in euros, and payment terminals must accept this currency.

While we welcome all businesses to apply, preference will be given to culinary companies, especially those offering chocolate, coffee, baked goods, and other gourmet food and beverages for sale and tasting. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email in the weeks following your submission. VENDOR FEES

Prices range from €350 to €1,800 depending on booth size, electricity needs, and business category.

Please list all products you intend to sell. Only approved products can be sold. Any change must be authorized in writing by the organizer.

IMPORTANT FOR GRAZ!

In 2026, the Graz Chocolate Festival will take place on the ground floor as in 2025 (one-third of the event) and also on the first floor of Hall A (two-thirds of the event). Therefore, we will place the savory food trucks and stands on the ground floor and the chocolate on the first floor. Exhibitors on the first floor should ensure that the maximum floor load capacity of 500 kg/m² is not exceeded during delivery and installation.

If you plan to bring a vehicle or food truck to the upper floor, you must request a technical sheet with axle loads (empty and full). If the weight is too high, we will offer alternative solutions such as outdoor tents.

Freight elevator dimensions:
Depth: 5.50 m • Width: 2.40 m • Height: 2.45 m Maximum load between ground and upper floor: 2.5 tons – must not be exceeded.

NEW IN VIENNA – VIENNA CHOCOLATE CONVENTION 2026

The Vienna edition includes an exclusive B2B afternoon, inviting journalists, buyers, distributors, and professionals. All stands must be fully set up by Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The Convention runs from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. No additional fees for participation.

Larger spaces: custom quote on request. Fees include basic promotion and registration. Parking fees included in Graz.

ACTIVITY SPACE (workshop/demo)

If you wish to organize a non-commercial activity, a space can be provided free of charge (on request). Please specify desired size and type of activity. Furniture is not included. Plastic table rental (180 × 80 cm): €15 per festival.

MARKETING OPTIONS

GENERAL TERMS & OBLIGATIONS*

5. Penalty of €100 per breach (for points 2, 3, or 4)

7. Comply with safety, hygiene, fire, and environmental rules

8. Dangerous substances, smoking, and fire are forbidden

9. Foreign exhibitors must use German-language materials, prices in euros, and comply with Austrian labor and consumer law
